Storage tanks are contained and groundwater is protected with a liner within the containment area.

A leak detection system is in place.

Load out areas are bermed to assure no product leaves the area.

Access to the Micro Motion Mass Flow computer operated load out facilities are driver controlled by a touch screen.

Fertilizer uploaded into tankers is metered through licensed meters. 

All shipment data is computer generated and stored, with shipping papers automatically produced on site.

A fully automated record keeping system is in place so terminal tenants always know loads shipped and current inventory.
